worked as a liability underwriter in the insurance industry for 10 years after obtaining a degree in law from the University of Zurich. During this time, developed the worldwide Financial Lines Portefeuille (D&O, PI, EPLI, BBB, etc.) at Zurich and Swiss Re. Since 2000, has operated as an independent entrepreneur in Executive Search focusing on financial services and making specific use of his wide contact network and in-depth knowledge of the business.

is a Swiss/Austrian national who, after completing studies in law and economics in Linz/Austria, worked over a ten year period in politics and special interest groups both at the European Commission of Human Rights in Strasbourg, and at the EC Commission in Brussels.
In 1990, transferred to the private sector with activities in the insurance industry (focusing on international liability/specialties) in Zurich and Vienna. Subsequently, headed up the EU Competition Authorities at the Austrian Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs in Vienna. Back in Switzerland since 2005. Executive Search consultant at PJC Philip Jung – Human Resources Management since February 2007.
